wpd offshore bundles the competences of the group in offshore-wind. In this sector, the company covers the whole value chain from planning, approval, construction, operation and service. Facing the dynamics of the offshore-market, wpd offshore has become a driver for growth and a competence centre within the group. With currently 10 consented project and three constructed projects, wpd offshore is one of main players in offshore-project development worldwide.

Since 1998, the sister company wpd windmanager is taking care of all the tasks in relation to commercial and technical management not only windfarms, but solar- and biogas-plants as well. For the numerous farms and turbines, the company acts as the link between all the parties involved.
wpd windmanager is the market leader in the management of windfarms in Germany. Extensive market knowledge and long standing experience guarantee the best-possible operation of the farms managed. Deutsche Windtechnik is the largest independent service company for windfarms headquartered in Germany. It offers project owners significant benefits from its technical services by providing availability guarantees, flexible and individual solutions.
